HOW LONG DO I STAY ON THE MAT?
If you are using the Jade Far Infrared Thermal mat WITHOUT heating there is no limit to the amount of time you can lie or sit on the mat.
When using heat the ideal length of time per session is one hour. You could do this two or three times per day.
When you first get the mat it is recommended to use heated (at a temperature that is comfortable for you) every day for at least one week. For maintenance it is recommended to use the mat two or three times a week.
HOW TO ENHANCE YOUR HEALING SESSION
Keep hydrated before, during and after your Jade Far Infrared Thermal session. Have a glass of water before your session and another at the completion. You can add a pinch of sea salt to the water. Sea salt contains more than 84 minerals and nutrients that our body needs and craves on a daily basis. It is recommended to drink clean, ionised alkaline water.
